Paintings Purchased at Exhibitions, In-Person, Shows, Art Fairs are final sale

For Paintings Purchased from our Online Store the following apply:

We want you to be happy with your original painting. But if there is a problem after buying from our online store, we offer you a 7-day full refund return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

1. To start a return, please contact us using the Contact form on this website and include your phone number. 

2. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned painting.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will refund on your original payment method. NOTE: If you change your mind before receiving the item, no refunds will be issued until the initial payment has cleared our bank.
